The Ask
Forum Health needed to revamp its web presence and improve their multi-location digital strategy for its growing network of locations. At the same time, they needed a national and local digital strategy engrained into our solution so the national brand is growing while the local practices dominate their category in their respective markets.

Lead with Digital Strategy
This customer experience research helped us craft our phased plan to redesign the website, reposition the brand including the logo and key messaging, and relaunch the website using omnichannel marketing.
Our primary digital strategy for Forum Health is called a ‘Two-Pronged Lead Gen” program, which is performing beyond expectations and working wonders.
